Guest Workshop Series #4
Calling all dancers who love an upbeat fun combo, Queen's Dance Club is excited to announce our fourth Guest Workshop of the year! On January 20th from 1-2:30 pm we are ecstatic to welcome dancer, teacher and choreographer Brandon "Bizzy" Owusu to teach a Dancehall Workshop in Studio 1 in the ARC! This Guest Workshop is FREE and open to all levels (though we recommend having some Pre-Advanced Hip Hop experience).
Brandon "Bizzy" Owusu was born in Toronto Canada. He has trained in styles such as Dancehall, Hip Hop, and African and has been dancing professionally for over 8 years. He has danced for artists such as Ariana Grande, French Montana, Rihanna, Drake, Sean Paul, Paula Abdul and many more. He recently choreographed and artistically directed Jamaicas very own, Ding Dong's "Dancehall Madness" music video. Brandon was recently flown out to LA and had his choreography showcased on The Ellen Show. Bizzy recently won YouTubes Next Up Contest as a digital creator and influencer. Brandon has worked with the following leading choreographers in the dance industry: Laurieann Gibson, Luther Brown, Mark Samuels, Jae Blaze, Blake McGrath, Tanisha Scott and many more. Throughout his dance career, Brandon has been affiliated with notable companies in Toronto including: Rated Inc, The O.G Crew, Lua Shayenne & Co, Artist In Motion and the Black Stars. When Brandon is not training and performing, he is sharing his passion for dance with students at studios, conventions, community centres, schools and on YouTube.
